Mount Penang Parklands, a 152 hectare government-owned development near Gosford, is managed by the Festival Development Corporation (FDC).
In 2007 responsibility for FDC transferred to the Department of Lands, with Warwick Watkins becoming Chief Executive Officer.
Currently the Corporation is implementing a master plan which has delivered a 200 site event park, a sports park for cricket and other codes, permanent gardens, which are open to the general public every day and a commercial business area. Further development is planned to enhance the site as a regional hub for employment, recreation and relaxation.
It is a truly unique space offering a myriad of options. Enjoy our site and we hope that you will return again.
