Visit the 12 different garden rooms, that will give you great ideas to create different microclimates or for solving those "problem areas" within your home garden.

Marvel at the creative ways in which modern landscapes and Australian native flora blend together to produce amazing seasonal displays.

Directions to Mt Penang Gardens

By car from Sydney

• Mt Penang Gardens is located at Kariong, just 2 minutes from the F3 Freeway - Gosford Exit.
• Take the first Gosford exit, this will bring you onto the Central Coast Highway.
• Turn left at the third set of traffic lights into Mt Penang Parklands site.
• Follow the site signs for the Garden and Parking locations.

By car from Newcastle

• Mt Penang Gardens is located at Kariong, just 2 minutes from the F3 Freeway - Gosford Exit.
• Take the second Gosford exit ( the Kariong Interchange sign) and turn left into Wiseman's Ferry Road.
• Then turn left again onto the Central Coast Highway.
• Turn left again at the second set of traffic lights into Mt Penang Parklands site.
• Follow the site signs for the Garden & Parking locations.

By public transport

Take the train to Gosford Station. Outside the station, there is a bus exchange. The bus that you need to take is the "Somersby" bus. Ask the bus driver to let you out at the service station near Mt Penang Gardens. The walk to the Garden entry, is about 8 minutes, with seats, level footpaths and pedestrian crossings along the way.
