Mt Penang Gardens - a blooming great day out!
Mt Penang Gardens is a contemporary Australian native garden. It is a garden with a sense of whimsy, boldness and the element of
surprise.
Highlighting the unique, the weird and the wonderful that is part of our magnificent Australian landscape.
A tour of Mt Penang Gardens, will see your group exploring over 6 hectares of very contemporary garden architecture and unique Australian native plants.
A tour of the garden takes approximately 1.5 - 2 hours with a number of rest stops along the way. The paths are all suitable for flat easy walking, or for walking frames / wheel chairs. There is no motorised transport available within the gardens. Tour times can be shortened or lengthened to suit your timetable.
We allocate 1 guide per 15 visitors and all groups are encouraged to book, as we organise the guides to suit your groups needs. If you do not make a booking, you will not be assured of group prices, discounted menus or of having a guide accompany your group. So what is to see and what is to do on the tour?
There is something in flower during every season at Mt Penang Gardens, and groups are provided with factual information about the design of the gardens, the use of water, seasonal highlights and of course great tips to use in your own home garden. Don't forget your camera!
Mt Penang Gardens has incredible cascading waterways and water features. 12 Different garden rooms, to explore and enjoy all show casing creative ways in which to enhance your love affair with Australian native flora.
